CaseBunker Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to CaseBunker—your modular platform for investigative rigor and immersive gameplay. Whether you're here to run professional cases or dive into mission-based play, this guide ensures your team is ready to deploy.

For professional investigators, analysts, and operational teams

• Install the CaseBunker App   Available on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Web.
• Activate Your Tenant License   Use your TenantId to unlock Pro features and begin configuration.
• Assign Admin Roles   Designate trusted users to manage cases, permissions, and schema settings. A default admin user has aready been created for you. The default user is in the Admin and Investigator roles. Password is "password". Change the password immediately before adding additional users.

• Define Your Case Number Scheme   Examples: CB-2025-001, INT-MAD-0001, ACME-INV-0007
• Customize Case Types & Categories   Tailor to your investigative domains (e.g., fraud, compliance, field ops).
• Enable Modular Extensions   Activate features like Clue Tracking, Interview Pressure, and Recap Viewer

• Invite Investigators   Assign roles: Lead, Analyst, Field Agent, Observer
• Configure Access Levels   Control visibility and edit rights per module.
• Set Up Persona Profiles   Create recurring characters with behavioral modifiers and cue logic.

• Build Internal Missions   Use scenes, clues, and recap logic for training or simulation.
• Test Scoring & Badge Logic   Preview elite mechanics and emotional thresholds.

For tenants who opt into immersive, mission-based gameplay

Play Mode is optional. Admins can enable or disable Play participation per tenant.

• Go to Admin Settings → Play Participation
• Toggle Play Mode: ON

• Create or Join Missions   Use the Mission Builder or browse community missions.
• Track Progress & Earn Badges   Scoring, Puzzle Interpretation, and Interview Pressure unlock elite status.
• Access Recap Viewer   Review decisions, emotional thresholds, and narrative outcomes.

• Participate in Game Nights   Join scheduled events or host your own.
• Share Recaps & Insights   Post mission outcomes, theories, and strategies.
• Unlock Prestige Mechanics   Advanced players gain access to deeper logic and persona modifiers.
